President Obama terror attack statements disappoint Cheney

September 11th was difficulty for the United States and could be seen by anybody who remembers. History books show how hard that day was for everybody in The United States, rather than just those who had family or friends die. There are people worried about a remark made by President Obama. He makes it seem like Sept 11th was no big deal. Obama really offended Liz Cheney in his remark. She angrily replied to it. Post resource – Liz Cheney criticizes President Obama terror attack statements by Newystype.com.

What exactly was this statement Obama made?

The September 11th attack was something President Obama commented on. He also spoke about all terrorist attacks in the country. President Obama was quoted by Bob Woodward in his book, “Obama Wars,” saying:

We can absorb a terrorist attack. We’ll do everything we can to prevent it, but even a 9/11, the biggest attack ever… we absorbed it and we are stronger.”

This small statement was enough to set off even Liz Cheney, daughter of Dick Cheney.

Cheney’s answer to it

The terror attack statement made by President Obama made Liz Cheney really angry. The way she viewed it, Obama said evidently that he didn’t plan on using all of his power and resources to protect The United States. Obama needs to explain himself. She called him to do this.

She said, as outlined by CBS News,:

Americans expect our President to…use everyeach tool at his disposal to find, defeat, capture and kill terrorists. We expect him to…make it clear to our adversaries that an attack on the United States will carry devastating consequences. Instead, President Obama is reported to have said, ‘We can absorb a terrorist attack.’ This comment suggests an alarming fatalism on the part of President Obama… The President owes the American people an explanation.

More people are interested in an explanation

The Obama terror attack comment is raising a few heads. People want an explanation. The question on Bilal’s mind of 12 News is why the president would ever say something like that at all. He was another one concerned about what was said. He wanted to know why the president wouldn’t be doing anything he can to protect America. Many others are wondering why the President would be egging on terrorists to come to the country. Since Cheney, and other people, love to criticize the Obama administration, Mitch Marconi thinks it is all just an overreaction. Either way, some kind of explanation is expected from Obama in the near future.
